Moving On
Moving is never easy. Packing your entire life from one box to another is never at the top of any one’s to-do list. Yet, I find myself doing it rather often. So often, in fact, that I sometimes think I just shouldn’t unpack.
My children have become all too use to being the “new kid” in school. Luckily, they make friends quick and adjust easily. Still, moving is never easy.
I am originally from NC though I have found myself in PA. We’ve been here for nearly 2 years and now we are headed south again. This time for good!!!
My oldest son just turned 11 this past weekend. Either I am getting older or he is doubling up on those Flinstone vitamins. (He sure isn’t eating much “green stuff”.) I recognize it’s time to settle down and stop moving. So, one last time my children will once again be the “new kids”.
As I close this chapter of my life and begin a new one, I sincerely hope you all will join me. Rowing Through Education has many promises changes in sight and I trust you’ll be a part of it.
